Tumi Setshedi, Founder and Managing Director has spent the last 22 years working across reputable global institutions such as Investec, RMB, FNB & Boston Consulting Group. Her true essence lies in her executive leadership & coaching experience which started in South Africa but also spans Sub-Saharan Africa, the United Kingdom and parts of Europe.

 She has led global teams and has worked across both the finance sector and consumer retail spaces to help thousands of people perform at their highest potential. A self-published author, driven by her early career mistakes & experiences, wrote a book to help young talent with critical information that will help ease the anxiety most feel as they move from higher education into formal employment.

We have partnered as a team of passionate experienced professionals who came together to build a platform where we could share our expertise through training, development, coaching and ultimately in making wisdom viral.

Monosi built a proudly South African sneaker and lifestyle brand rooted in cultural relevance, confidence, and community.   His business model which is currently 70% e-commerce and 30% physical retail, with digital being our key focus area has grown explonentially over the last 6 years. He shares coaches on entrepreneurial development & how to scale for success.

Eric Mungai - Senior Mentorship & Program Manager, is a leading voice in the future of boys' development in Africa and is a sought-after speaker and thought leader on masculinity, mentorship, boys’ development, boyhood, and ethical leadership.

He has delivered keynote talks globally, including at the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of

Education, where he spoke on the future of masculinity in modern Africa. He is a partner with the Aspen

Institute’s Africa Initiative on Masculinities and serves as a member of the National Steering Committee for Male Engagement and Inclusion under Kenya’s Ministry of Gender.

What differentiates us

We took a research approach and learned that first-generation professionals, young talent, emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, women and young boys often face unique challenges in navigating lifes challenges, corporate environments, from identity shifts to unspoken cultural codes.
We then looked at building programs that speak to the challenges faced by our target audience to help them build new skills, self- awareness and other transformational capabilities with evidence-based results on shifts created post each intervention.
